The Foundation for Post-Traumatic Healing and Complex Trauma Research (CPTSD Foundation) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bridging the healing gap for survivors of complex relational trauma.
Through virtual, daily, interactive peer support and trauma-informed educational resources, it offers a safe, welcoming, and diverse global community where no survivor has to heal alone. Its live programs are facilitated by certified coaches, licensed clinicians, peer-support counselors, and advocates, and are designed as a supportive companion between therapy appointments — not a replacement for professional care.
Please note: CPTSD Foundation’s programs are adjunctive in nature and ask that members be medically stable and engaged in their own individual therapy; they do not provide crisis or emergency
